Happy New Year
Today is the year's first snow
Finally after pulling down my skis, helmet and snowboard there is some snow on the ground and I can get excited about something.
Until I can ride, I am preparing for the thai-in host to move locations, yup believe it or not from Brooklyn to Queens. Hope the servers are happy in their new condo. Crossed fingers that all goes smooth.

Moving went pretty smoothly. Nothing major happened, just totally exhausted.

Snowing. Amazing. Hope to go sledding tomorrow. Please stick, please stick, or pretty please stick. Well at least, I get to test out my Canon in snow conditions and my boyfriend gets to test out his newest toy the Nikon 5000.

Wow, what a fabulous weekend.

I love being in Central Park when there is fresh new snow and watching children as well as grown ups play. Rose colored cheeks and eyes filled with excited wonder as they sled down minute man hill. So much for packing and unpacking. Oh well...soon to come are images of the weekend.

Sure is warm. All the snow gone. Been doing paper work all day long. Ugh. But at least it is sunny, I want to go out and play but this paper weight keeps holding me down.

Dinner tonight with friends and family. It is amazing how quickly young people grow up, I start to feel my age, when I see the same winter jacket get handed down 3 times, the the one who wore it first is now 6 inches taller than me.

The moon. Did anyone see the most beautiful halo around the moon??

I tried to capture it with my digital canon camera, but as you can see, I need more practise. At least it was digital and I didn't waste any money on film development. Phew. Thank god for digital and how I love it. Image borrowed instead from Corbis.com

So beautiful the moon and the weather, coming to the end of the month, hope everyone had a great month. My goal next month is to see a bunch of plays and to take some dance lessons. Beware of approaching 2 left feet. I am known to take down dance floors.
